Nice apartment for several days

Pros: The small apartment is very close to multiple restaurants, an easy walkable distance to the train station and Shinjuku. It is equipped with everything you need and has a separate bathroom that is in the entrance area. Although it is located in a very busy area it was very quiet during the night and we had a very good sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the aircon was working perfectly well. Communication eent well and check in Info was very easy to find.

Cons: Although the garbage separation instructions were very detailed in the check-in guide, it looked different during our stay, so we weren't really sure how to separate the garbage. Only forks and spoons and no small knife.

Great location and value for money

Pros: Great location, 5 min from train station. Big apartment. The host was available for questions and answers. There was simple and clear instructions for check in. Eventually it’s great value for money.

Cons: The bath was pretty small and the water kept rising. There was light coming through the windows. Little bit noisy at night and morning. You need to put a curtain that blocks light better and improve the drainage in the shower and I would give the apartment a 10.

親切な対応をしてもらいました

Pros: 部屋は少し古いですがきれいでした。セルフチェックインは極シンプルで利用しやすかったです。夜でも騒がしい立地ですが、音は意外とそこまで気にならなかったかな。エアコンの風がベッドに当たらないための風除け板なども配慮が感じられます。朝、寝過ごして迷惑をかけましたが、スタッフさんの対応（メール対応）は親切で素晴らしかったです。

Good size, great location, great value

Pros: Great location and a fantastic value for the affordable price. Close to a couple of subway stops. It was nice to have more floor space than a typical hotel room could provide. Loved the in-unit washing machine. The host sent us a document with all the information we needed for our stay which was very helpful!

Cons: There was no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very wet after a shower, but you can just try to be careful. It’s on a busy side street with lots of cool food vendors, so it’s a bit noisy with the windows open, though the vendors closed around 11 or 12 so it doesn’t go too late! The washer/dryer doesn’t dry very well, but there’s a hanger for your damp clothes.

Bien pero mejorable y sería increíble

Pros: La ubicación es increíble, tiene todo lo básico pero las fotos son un poco engañosas y es bastante pequeño

Cons: Faltan cortinas Black out, amanece a las 4:30-5:00 AM y yo despertaba todos los días por la luz incluso usando antifaz… y no hay cortinas en el baño así que quedaba todo mojado al bañarse
