Real Okubo Apartment Hotel

Our 3rd stay at this amazing apartment, it’s a real gem. Moderm and clean apartment, excellent WiFi and close to shops,

Pros: Amazing location, in the heart of Korea Town. In a safe location Very responsive and friendly host Great transport links, only a short walk from Shin Okubo and Okubo stations

A great find in Shinjuku

Pros: The apartment was spotless and had all basics that we needed. There were three convenient stores within a few minutes and the JR was also close by. We had our luggage stored on the last day which was a super handy service. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very convenient. Not far from shin Okubo. Ministop and lots of eateries just 100m away. But since Okubo is Korea town in Tokyo. The food selection is towards Korean restaurants. Ate twice at a Korean yakiniku and Korean Samyetang when just came back to accomodation and too tired to walk far for dinner. One stop away is shinjuku. To go to shinjuku by walking will need to walk through the more seedier side of shinjuku (if you have young kids). It's a back alley from the main Okubo strip. Accom super clean. Super spacious. Quite secure entry method with the key code doors. Very quiet.

Cons: The one lane road outside is narrow and not suitable If you having vehicle drop you off or pick you up directly to the place (although very little traffic). Can alternatively move your luggage down 100m to the main strip where it's not so crowded.

Clean and modern facilities. Recommended and would love to stay again.

Pros: Clean, good & firm mattresses, modern facilities, nice bathroom

Cons: Nothing that I can think of. We got a good restful sleep. It was a very pleasant stay.

Overall a great place to stay at an accessible location with plenty of food and mini mart options.

Pros: Location was excellent, room size and amenities were great and service response through app was friendly and prompt. Baggage storage service is excellent too.

Cons: Could consider providing complimentary housekeeping for longer stays (eg once every 3 days for stays longer than 5 days). Could also facilitate receipt of luggage delivery. Was unable to transport luggages direct to Real Okubo due to no reception desk and had to transport to and pick up Yamato office at a distance away.

Overall, it was a great spot to spend some time in Tokyo and we would be happy to return.

Pros: The apartment was in busy Shinjuku, but was set back from noisy roads, and therefore quite quiet. It was a short distance from Shin Okubo station, from where the Yamanote Line covered a large area of Tokyo. Zoe was very responsive, getting quickly back in touch when we had a query. Clothes washing and drying facilities were excellent, and there was space in the apartment for all our luggage. The heating system worked well and was definitely appreciated, as it was winter when we stayed.

Cons: A few more plates, bowls, and items of cutlery would be useful.

Great for families

Pros: Instructions on how to access the apartment were easy to understand. Very convenient location with so many choices of food and stores to choose from. Train station not far.

Cons: Apart from no lounge to sit on, there was nothing to dislike

Perfect stay in Tokyo

Pros: - Modern, spacious apartment - Perfect location. 5 mins walk to shin-okubu station, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores 1min away. Down a quiet side road, so no noise - Spotlessly clean - Well equipped kitchen - Excellent bathroom, with power shower - Very comfortable bed - Easy self check in

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: It was super clean, check in was easy. The location is great, there's plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

Excellent apartment with great location, cleanliness and very quiet.

Pros: Great location, very convenient with 3 convenient stores within 5 mins walk away and abundance of shops and food outlets close by. The apartment was very clean and quiet given the location. Also only 5-10mins walk to the nearest station.
