Good value, big space and friendly staff

Pros: Great location, staff was friendly and helpful and the biggest hotel room I’ve stayed in in Japan

Cons: The bed was not great and there was no outlet near the bed

great value for money. small loo but big room.

Pros: the bed was firm, the room was nice with the little couch and the little tv. bath and shower nice, toilet small but in a funny way.

Cons: when we first got in it smelled a little bit like ciggarettes

Pros: Amazing Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The neighborhood was lively, with restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially first-timers who want to be close to everything. I’d happily stay here again!

Overall value for money

Pros: Very spacious room with many amenities. Very good price for the area and convenient spot. The staff was always happy to help and we could find someone 24/7. The only bad thing in this hotel was that it was a little old and our room was a little dirty although we seen that the room was cleaned the carpet had stains and the walls had stains also. A little bit disgusting but could not complain. Because the room was very spacious and the price and position of the hotel were so good.

Pros: Room is big and cleaned every day and position is perfect to explore Shinjuku and Tokyo. There's a luandrymat in front of the hotel, lots of conbinis nearby and Higashi Shinjuku metro stop is at 3 minutes walk.

Cons: The building is quite old and there's not a power socket near the bed. Onestly, for this price, no complaints at all.

Good hotel and value!

Pros: Booked it last minute for a one night stay. Good value for the area. The rooms are bigger as other rooms in the area and at a better rate. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. The hotel may be a little dated, but completely fine for a few nights. Location is great!

Pros: I like the location of the hotel, it is very accessible to public transportation, convenience stores, pharmacies, and such plus it's cheap, the room we had is perfect for 2 pax!

Pros: Recommended! You get what you pay for here, its a little run down but perfectly acceptable, so much cheaper then alternatives in the area, in an amazing location and rooms much bigger then anywhere else we've stayed.
