Pros: Excellent location, quite central to everything, albeit a little far with lots of luggage (take a taxi perhaps). Once you're settled in with your luggage - its very central to everything.

Comfortable, Clean & Friendly

Pros: This hotel exceed my expectation as it was very good value for money. Rooms were more spacious than anticipated, and were very very clean. The bed was really comfortable and sheets and pillows good quality. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Location of this Tokyu Stay (there are several) was near Tokyo subway/metro/rail stations which is good for getting around to other side of city and to/from the airport. Will say overall Shinjuku was not my favourite area of the city but it is nearby a lot of things to do there and in Shibuya. The street hotel is on is nice though and not too loud. The small amenities such as hair bands and toothbrushes are appreciated, and there was free WiFi was a great bonus. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tokyo.

Pros: Within walking distance of Shinjuku. Quite a few restaurants available locally. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Washing machine in the room, but no English instructions. Main road was a bit noisy at times - emergency sirens etc

Pros: The place is very modern and central to everything. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Good location, friendly staff

Pros: Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was a lovely surprise after a 15 hour flight! The staff were very polite and helpful. It was well located, situated in between two metro stations so very easy to explore Tokyo. The room was spacious and well stocked - we loved the addition of a washing machine! Overall, a very relaxing stay.

Cons: There weren’t many other facilities but that wasn’t much of an issue considering we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Pros: Very spacious rooms which is hard to find in Tokyo! The location was amazing only a short walk to the central area. Heaps of restaurants and supermarkets right next to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
