Excellent quiet and spacious apartment for the price and well located

Pros: Excellent situation and a few nice extra touches in the apartment. Despite being close to a busy and interesting area the apartment was very quiet They were so helpful when there was a small issue with the washing machine and resolved it quickly - kept us informed and also washed and dried our clothes! A little thing but the hair drier was great 😃

Cons: Nothing - but an awareness that the steps are steep and a mirror outside of the bathroom would be a good extra

Lovely modern apartment close to trains and local eateries.

Pros: Lovely property, clean and stylish. Great access to train stations as well as local eateries.

Cons: The stairs up to the first floor might be an issue for some people. The description of the bed set up was a little confusing; it is two rooms, one room with two single beds and another room with two futons, this room is also the lounge area with the TV.

Pros: 1st trip to Japan. Liked the size- able to spilt into 2 bedrooms was handy.

Wonderful

Pros: The room was very spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. It was extremely comfortable to stay in, with full facilities including a kitchen for cooking. The location was excellent — just an 8-minute walk to Akihabara and only 5 minutes on foot to the purple building Takeya. The staff were highly professional and responded very promptly. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel.

Pros: Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect- stores, restaurants, and train stations were all nearby, making it super convenient to explore Tokyo. The room was spotless. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, they even left a welcome note! It made the experience even better. As a traveler, this has been one of my favorite stays, especially at such an affordable price. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo.

簡單日本家庭房，有廚房有衛浴，還有拉門隔出兩間房間，位在JR秋葉原以及JR御徒町中間

Pros: 設有廚房，也提供簡單的廚具，有冰箱，房間空間大，以四人來住算是舒適與寬闊 共有兩個房間，中間拉門拉起來之後隔音效果還不錯，最少不會聽到隔壁的打呼聲，但有是大聲講話可以溝通的程度，適合想要保有一點隱私但又想要享受住在一起團體快樂的旅客。 房間整理得很乾淨，有附上室內拖鞋，也有大垃圾桶。 樓下走5分鐘有一間超市，如果想要熱鬧可能要步行遠一點，但是步行10分鐘後就會進入上野區域，反方向會進入秋葉原區域，很適合想逛這兩個地方，又希望住宿地點不要太吵雜的旅客。

Cons: 住宿地點離仲御徒町(metro)比較近，如果要搭JR到御徒町的話走道住宿地點要10分鐘，因為剛好在東京大雪時入住，又搬行李，因此覺得心理因素上住宿地點變得更加遙遠。 房間沒有電梯，這次住3樓，樓梯是窄小的樓梯，1-2樓的樓梯有扶手，但是2-3樓沒有，再加上要搬行李，因此可以考量自身的體力，另外就是房間是小浴室，洗澡拉浴簾會碰到簾子，如果怕水滴到外面，建議附上一個吸水的地墊

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gut war auch, dass wir bereits ab 12 Uhr unsere Koffer in der Unterkunft abstellen konnten.

Cons: Eine Kaffeemaschine als Extra wäre nett gewesen

Parfait pour visiter Tokyo

Pros: Confortable pour 4 malgré la petitesse de l’appartement. Machine à laver / sèche linge hyper pratique . La gentillesse du propriétaire qui a accepté que nous prenions l’appartement avant 15h. Plusieurs stations de métro à 10 min à pieds . Quartier calme

Cons: Les escaliers trop raides . Je ne me souviens pas que cela était notifié dans le descriptif de la location

Logement idéal pour une famille, propre, calme et bien situé près du métro ; le propriétaire est réactif

Pros: Logement propre et confortable, idéalement situé près des stations de métro et de la gare, dans un quartier calme ; le propriétaire est à l’écoute et nous a permis de déposer nos bagages avant l’heure, ce qui nous a permis de profiter du parc Ueno dès notre arrivée – je recommande !

Cons: Logement propre et confortable, situé au 2ᵉ étage (avec escaliers) mais on s’y habitue vite

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta. Muy buen sitiado para llegar a cualquier sitio turístico. El apartamento es pequeño pero los espacios muy bien aprovechados. Calle muy tranquila, sin ruido. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.
