Pros: The owners are a lovely older couple. They are so sweet and the place is clean homely and warm. It's situated next to a great restaurant and not too far from the bus or train stations. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it was just a genuine joy to stay here. Wish I could've stayed forever. The rooms are much bigger than expected and in our room there was a little projector and computer which we used to watch some anime to wind down.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely taste of Japanese!

Pros: I loved the Japanses style room. The bed was really comfy and the owners very sweet.

Cons: I didn't know why there was a computer and screen in the room and there were no instructions as to why.

Comfortable and homely

Pros: Nice room, very accommodated for Tokyo winter!! Very clean, close to the station ( Tsukiji/ Hibiya line 5 min walk to exit 2). Very spacious and nice amenities. Would stay again the next time I'm in Tokyo! The staff/owners were so lovely! Helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Very pleasant experience

Pros: We had the best time at Hotel Ginnan. The room was beautiful and spacious. The best part of the whole stay were the owners. They were so nice and welcoming. We wish them all the best, and hope to be back soon. Best hosts we ever had! :) <3

Great Tokyo stay

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable. It is very spacious compared to any other hotel you can get in Tokyo. Location was convenient and you can walk to multiple station lines. Loved staying here and the owners were very friendly and accommodating! I would happily stay here again anytime I come to Tokyo!
