Great hotel!

Pros: New hotel, spacious room, washing machine with dryer, good sound proof room, easy to get taxi, close to subway.

Nice location in Ginza, nice breakfast

Pros: The breakfast was not extensive but good and offered a reasonable selection of al la carte options. Just around the corner from the fish market area.

Cons: we had 4 rooms and wanted a late checkout for 1 or 2 rooms. As a hotel policy the only way to extend was via payment. Not very amenable or pratical, particularly given that most checkouts were at the same time making it for a very busy recepyion area.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location

Pros: Everything included as part of the price for this hotel was perfect. The rooms were above average size, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The amenities in the room were also extra helpful as we were on a long trip so being able to wash our clothes was a huge bonus. The staff were all super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. And the location was perfect for us.

Cons: The only gripe I have was the breakfast setup. When we arrived at the restaurant it was not explained how things worked and we were just left to ourselves to work out what to do regarding set menu orders, buffet food and drinks.

Pros: The large public bath, the room size, the amenities, the comfort & care, the little touches everywhere.

Cons: A suggestion: the breakfast choices might be change from time to time, but they are high quality all the same. The window opacity.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, including the delivery robot. (Hint: use your room number to unlock when it arrives!). Convenient location, very short walk from Higashi Ginza station. Around the corner from Tsujiki Fish Market. Room was of a good size and the in room washing machine and dryer were very convenient. We were on the 10th floor and could not hear any noise from the street.l Gym and public onsen were great.

Cons: Room was quite stuffy due to low air circulation and lack of fresh air however the humidifier was helpful and we were able to open the window very slightly to let in some fresh air. Unfortunately we did wake up with dry throats and skin from the air-conditioning/heating system.

Best hotel for Family with 2 small kids for travelling in Tokyo

Pros: The size of room and bed are big enough for a family with 2 small kids. The washer/dryer in the room is one of the main reason that make me re-visit again. We walked to have breakfast at Tsukiji market and then go shopping in Ginza and visit other Tokyo attraction. The public bath is a plus.

Cons: The complication of asking housekeeper to collect garbage and change towels is not easy for the senior. And on the cleaning day, the house keeper did only bed linen. I'm not sure if they clean sink, bathroom, and vacuum the floor. We put our luggage under bed and found that it was a but dusty.
