KOKO HOTEL Tsukiji Ginza

This was a good hotel to stay in. A little further away from Ginza than we expected. Daily amenities serviced.

Pros: Neat and clean. Had clothes washing machines. Large rooms available.

Cons: Beds are hard to sleep on.

Pros: Very good location for Tsukiji Fish Market. Some great small restaurants nearby. Handy help yourself toiletries and other supplies in the lobby.

Cons: Room pretty spacious for Tokyo hotel, but layout could be better.

Good facilities, good location but staff refused to write the invoice - for this reason i could not get my travel compen

Pros: All was good just reception refused to write the invoice for the stay and tolb to ask ir from the bookin.com which is inpossible.

Cons: Reception refused to write the invoice for the stay and tolb to ask ir from the bookin.com which is inpossible because this hotel provided the services and not the booking.com. Plus irs inpossible to reach booking.com customer support from cystomer side.

Pros: The location is excellent as it is near the famous market.

Cons: Regular cleaning could be increased to once per every 2 days without the need to make request at the counter.

Pros: Well priced, comfortable and short walk to transport.

Tiny room - good location

Pros: The room was sound proof, dark (good curtains) and the bed was comfortable. We were able to open the window for a bit, which was good for some fresh air. The room also comes with a small fridge. Location is good. Close to different metro lines. You can charge your devices with a USB plug.

Cons: The room is very tiny. We worked everything out with our luggage (on the ground), but there was barely a path left to walk on. The bathroom is tiny too, the shower itself is however spacious. The room door also kept opening up against the bin. We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and they did not clean/enter the room once. It was said that they would clean every 3 days, but they did not. We also had to go down ourselves for new towels. We mainly reused the towels.

Pros: The staff, they were very kind and patient. We arrived very late, after a very long day travelling. The staff were patient and check in was quick and easy. Our room had an amazing view of the river.

Pros: The hotel room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful.

Pros: It is located in quiet street of Ginza. Nice atmosphere, clean and great customer service.

Cons: My only complaint is the buffet breakfast timing. I booked buffet breakfast for 6 days we stayed but could only eat once. Buffet breakfast time is 6-9:30am. It is too early specially if you are on holiday and with kids. Kids want to sleep in and we ended up missing our breakfast. Breakfast had variety and it was delicious. I wish the brekfast time could be at least until 1030-1100am. It would have been great help.

Pros: Centrally located around Ginza area within walking distance of subway. Great staff - helpful and friendly. Great amenities from toothbrush to laundry facilities.
