Nice, confortable landing spot in the heart of Tokyo.

Pros: Nice location in the heart of Tokyo. Next to main train station and easy access to many subway lines. Staff was very helpful, especially given that this was our first time in Japan.

Pros: Received an upgrade to a lovely corner suite on the second half of our 7 day stay

Pros: During my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. We made a birthday request for our daughter, and the hotel went above and beyond by surprising us with a delicious cake in the room. The room itself was a peaceful sanctuary with triple-glazed windows that kept the noise out, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I've experienced. Small touches, like the welcome treats in the room, made our stay feel extra special. It’s a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation right in the heart of Tokyo.

Cons: While my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi was excellent in many ways, I did wish that the room service offered more options for **Muslim-friendly food**. As a Muslim traveler, having a variety of Halal or at least clearly marked vegetarian options that adhere to dietary requirements would make the experience even better. While the overall service and dining options were fantastic, having more inclusive food choices would add another layer of comfort for guests with specific dietary needs. It’s something I hope they consider in the future for a truly all-encompassing experience.

Great couple of nights for the entire family

Pros: Nice location All the facilities were as expected Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Cons: It was little but hard to fine at first but then it was ok.

Pros: What can I say!! The hotel is very clean,quiet, comfortable and the location is right in the middle of everything and 2 min walk to Tokyo station .. short walk to main shopping area.. the staff are very attentive and helpful, they treat you like family, one of the staff members walked with us to the train station to catch the train to Narita Airport, he helped me buy the tickets than he walked with us all the way to the platform.. special thanks to him 🙏

Cons: Some of their rooms are facing the train station, so if you don’t mind a bit of noise then that’s ok.. train service stops between 12am till 5 am .. however, it’s not a big deal ..

Spacious room, good location.

Pros: Room is very spacious and there’s a free fruit platter (an orange and 3 strawberries) and complimentary soy nuts. The room blinds can be adjusted via the buttons next to the bed, however, there is no good view as it faces Kyobashi Edogrand and some construction adjacent to it. We found out on last day of check out around 7am that there’s free coffee and mini muffins at reception (which tasted good!) Location is good and next to a work building (?Pacific plaza) and from there, escalator link to underground mall (which is very big and has lots of eateries - packed especially during weekdays) and bus station. Hotel is very near to mrt and daimaru and also walking distance (10 minutes) to Ginza area (we loved this 2 stories local supermarket OK Ginza!) The staff are all very courteous and attentive and helpful!

Cons: Breakfast was not included, having said that, hotel is very near eateries and underground malls, so food access is good. Overall not value for money due to the tremendous high cost compared to other hotels, lack of breakfast and small reception.
