Solvana Akasaka

Pros: Fantastic staff, so responsive via messages. Clean and cosy. Loved the area - more peaceful than the hectic Shibuya area but still really well connected. Would stay again. Thank you!

Cons: If you're travelling with young kids (as we were) and they're sensitive to light at nap time, you might want to bring a travel blackout blind. Won't solve, but it will help. Not really a fault of the hotel, but hopefully the advice helps someone.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, clean comfortable and well furnished. The staff were exceptional, when we had an issue they went out ofthier way to support and help us, followed up and solved it.

Cons: Was not a problem for us, but facilities were limited if you wanted to cook, although the basics were present

Satisfying stay!

Pros: Instructions were clear on how to enter this place. The property was nice and clean, easy access to the station.

Pros: The property itself is very nice and clean and in a nice area. Easy check in process as well.

Cons: Checkout time is too early with no flexibility, room was cold and heating was off.

Cozy gem in a nice neighborhood

Pros: Huge and beautiful appartment in a nice location. Staff was super friendly and answered all our questions fast. Check in was also uncomplicated just follow the clear instruction and you will have no problem.

Cons: No lift and tight staircase

Great apartment in a well-connected location. The noisy building works were a bit bothersome.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, nicely arranged and well furnished and fitted out. It was very good value for money. Drip coffee bags were left in the kitchen which was a nice touch. The area is very well connected by metro and I would recommend the Akasaka main strip for a night out - great restaruants and bars with almost all locals and few tourists.

Cons: The stairs to the 3rd floor were very narrow - a bit awkward with suitcases (but not a big deal). There were noisy construction works nearby that would start each morning. A bit jarring when jetlagged and hoping to lie in.

Pros: The size of the room and style, friendly helpful host, great location

Local & idyllique

Pros: Nous avons vraiment passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce petit appartement, où l’on se sent comme à la maison. Le quartier est idéalement situé, à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro et de bus, tout en conservant ce véritable esprit de vie de quartier que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les hôtes sont très réactives et ont grandement facilité notre voyage, le rendant simple et agréable du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Solvana Akasaka pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si le logement est disponible lors de notre prochain voyage à Tokyo.

A perfectly spacious apartment for a single traveler or couple looking to explore Tokyo.

Pros: This is such a gem of a location. It was our first time in Tokyo, Japan and it ended up being a spacious apartment versus a tighter hotel. We loved having the entire unit which included a bedroom, a sitting room, a kitchen, and half + full bathroom. It was perfect! It’s in the Akasaka area, so my husband and I walked everywhere with ease with food gems all within walking distance. If we needed to go farther out, there was always a station nearby for us to walk too. When I come back to Tokyo, I will absolutely pick this spot every time - as long as I remember to pack light.

Cons: The only dislike - and they warned you in the booking - is there is no elevator. Please pay attention to that note as that is a pain point if you plan to travel with a lot of luggage. We were on the fourth floor and learned the hard way, but I promise, if you travel light, this place is a dream. I’d live here, if they’d let me.

Pros: 위치 좋았어요(다메이케산노 역에서 걸어서 5분 이내) 가격 대비 방이 넓습니다(제일 좋음!) 침구가 따뜻하고 포근해요 인덕션, 프라이팬, 식기류, 전자레인지, 드립백 등이 방에 비치되어있어 편리했어요 동네가 깔끔하고 조용한 편이에요 편의점도 2분 내로 가능 메신저 담당자분이 매우 친절해요 답장 속도도 빠릅니다 넷플릭스 볼 수 있어요

Cons: 어메니티에 잠옷은 없어서 챙겨와야해요(전 없는 거 알고 챙겨왔어요) 밤에는 차 지나가는 소리, 계단 올라가는 소리가 잘 들립니다(어메니티로 귀마개 있었는데 전 없이 잘 잤어요) 저는 2층이라 괜찮았지만 짐 많고 3층 이상이면 힘들거예요 계단 좁고 높음.. 청소는 알아서, 수건은 매일 3층에서 챙겨와야됩니당
