Good hotel for the price

Pros: Clean, staff were very friendly when we interacted with them, efficient check in process, close to train stations

Cons: Rooms were slightly smaller than expected but we were not in the room all day so this didn’t matter too much

Great value

Pros: Great value, small room but that was expected. Easy check in and out, clean rooms daily, nearby metro and convenience stores.

Cons: Only drawback was the a/c didn't work right, and the room was stuffy as a result. The remote for a/c seemed to be locked from changing the controls, and kept reverting back to 22 degrees. Perhaps a glitch

Excellent facilities, great location and very budget friendly option!

Pros: Great stay at Henn na Hotel Akasaka! The room and hotel were very tidy, we were able to lock up our luggage for free without any hassle before checking in for hands-free exploring, and able to ship our luggage to our next location from the 7-eleven just next to the hotel. The facilities were comfortable and clean, had all the amenities we needed (toothbrushes, robes, hair dryer, toothpaste etc.) We also couldn’t be happier about the location, easy walk from 2 different subway entrances, very very well connected, calm and not crowded across the day but still had excellent restaurants nearby.

Cons: The check in robots were not able to process our check in, but luckily the lovely staff were immediately able to help! Room is quite small (as expected!) which is fine for a short stay, but gets difficult after a few nights if you’re shopping or staying with another person.

Pros: I like how flawless the check-in/checkout was. Room was clean and exactly what we needed and placed in a good location. 2 minute walk to metro station.

Cons: Lack of staff so when we had a problem there wasn't anyone to talk to. Other than that amazing stay.

Good value for money, bigger room than average in Tokyo

Pros: Relatively big room, clean and comfortable. Good location close to the station and to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Coin laundry room available which was great for us traveling with a toddler.

Cons: Breakfast no high chair available and not too many options.

Excellent hotel in a convenient quiet location

Pros: Location is better than we hoped for, we are 5-10mins to 3 different train stations allowing us to get to different parts of Tokyo easily. Room is super clean, and serviced daily. Staff were ready to assist and responsive to our needs. Bed, bathroom and amenities were comfortable, there's hardly any street noise at night. There's even a small gym we can use at no extra cost.

Cons: Laundry facility is available but seem to be quite busy (even used by non-guests). Dryer setting is not quite hot enough, so I spent a lot of 100yen coins getting my clothes to dry.

Cons: I wish they communicated better about locking possibility for one’s suitcase before checking in at 15:00. I arrived at the property early at 11-ish, not knowing about the free locking possibility …

Great location, clean room

Pros: The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. The room was small but that isn’t out of the ordinary for Japan. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a great shower

Cons: I didn’t find the pillows to be comfortable - very hard. My husband liked them so it’s really personal preference

Nice location, clean, but don't chose the breakfast.

Pros: The room was extra small, probably because we needed a third bed. We barely could open our suitcases. But it was clean and served well. The staff wasn't very helpful, but most of the things are staff-free, so we didn't have much problem. Breakfast at the pub was poor.
