An excellent hotel in a great location.

Pros: The hotel room was lovely and a good size with beautiful new bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection although there was a large queue to get in at various times of the morning. Overall a lovely stay.

Great stay in a vibrant hotel with lovely atmosphere.

Pros: Large bustling hotel, felt very festive and had a great atmosphere. Check in was smooth and we had a room upgrade to club floor as our room wasn't ready at the time of check in. Room was very spacious, with a nice corner lounge spanning the window with great views across the city and on the first day we could see Mt Fuji in the distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was so good with many options and food stations, it gets very busy

Pros: Room was very confortable albeit with little storage (we had a standard room). Water pressure in the shower was good as were amenities provided. Breakfast was buffet style and had many options including gluten free breads. We went to one of the restaurants and food was fresh and good. The location of the hotel is close to Ginza (5 minute cab ride). We did not use the public transportation but it is our understanding that is is very close by

We had a great time as it was our wedding anniversary. ( Although it was not acknowledged in anyway.

Pros: Staff helpful, room was very nice. Location was ok for getting around. Breakfast was fabulous. Good variety

Cons: The check in took ages, long queue, only three check staff.

When we travel with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra the ANA is the place to stay.

Pros: Check-in very smooth. A second suitcase was dropped off in advance of our arrival. After checkin-in it was quickly delivered to our room.

Cons: Seating in the main lobby, other than the restaurant, was non existent.

Comfortable five star.

Pros: I was upgraded to a suite as my room was needed for a group - much appreciated. However the room was not accompanied with its perks such as Club Lounge access. Very comfortable beds & luxury linen and toiletries. Fragrant scents, fresh-smelling rooms.

Cons: More wall hooks in bathroom. I twice had to wait in a reception queue for assistance - too few staff at desks. Very large areas create a dark, gloomy ambiance. Highly priced for basic 5 star.
