Pros: Excellent bath (not just a shower) Free coffee and free ice cream Close to shops and railway station

Cons: Thanks very much I have stayed in Tokyo 6 times before - this was one of my best hotels - we hope to visit again next year. WiFi signal was sometimes poor

Pros: I loved the free snacks and drinks. Many varieties of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Heated toilet seat was great. Attempt to clean room often but saw some hair on bed stand and dust about half inch deep under bed. Good communication. Nice to deal with.

Cons: Lots of dust after cleaning there was dust in my glass I noticed when filling up with water, dust in coffee table and half inch of dust under bed with tator tot aka potato round, empty lube container, piece of condom wrapper and who knows what else. Smoke smell was noticeable but not too bad after opening windows. Elevator closed on us multiple times. Doors bumping into me.

FREE ICECREAM but its a love hotel but it was worth staying! good price.

Pros: There was FREE ICE CREAM AND DONUTS AND NEW FLAVERS WHEN ONE RAN OUT!!, and it was soooo much cheaper! We booked this hotel the same day after our original reservation fell through. It was also close to the station, making it super convenient.

Cons: it turned out to be an adult hotel, which wasn't mentioned anywhere, so it was a bit embarrassing when entering and leaving. The bigger problem was that the rooms always smelled like smoke, which was pretty gross. The smell does fade after a while but tends to come back. Still, the free ice cream was a nice perk. I would say it was worth it. also staff dont know English but they try very hard and where very helpful just use google translate app!

Pros: La posizione è ottima, comoda per la JR Line. È possibile prendere gratuitamente gelato, bevande o dolci. Le addette sono molto gentili anche se non tutte capiscono l'inglese, ma ci si arrangia facilmente con il traduttore dello smartphone.

Cons: Siccome si può fumare nelle stanze l'odore non è buonissimo

Pros: 普通のホテルやビジネスホテルではなく、昭和レトロなラブホに泊まる感じです。正直、かなり快適でした。部屋は広いし、ダブルのベッドをひとりじめ。アメニティも普通のビジネスホテルよりかなり充実してます。2人で入ることを想定したお風呂ですからかなり広くてこちらも快適でしたし、さらには、電子レンジや冷蔵庫もあります。室内で飲み物も買えます。受付の方も、愛想が良くて好感が持てました。

Cons: 良くないと言うほどではないですが、チェックインが17時からなので、ビジネスホテルに比べると少し遅めとかんじましたが、私は特に問題はありませんでした。

上野・浅草のホテルはなぜ高い！鶯谷のラブホテルは割安！

Pros: 上野・浅草のホテル料金高騰に伴い、ブッキング経由で２回目のラブホテル予約をしました。前回は同ホテル系列店の鶯谷駅北口のクリスタルを利用したが、同日は満室に付き、今回は鶯谷駅南口のプリンセス2世の宿泊となった。こちらのホテルは生ビールとたこ焼きがサービスで、ダブルサイズベッドに大型テレビ、浴室は洗い場・浴槽ともに広くビジネスホテルのユニットバスとは違い開放的かつ快適であった。室内は多少年季が入っているものの、ＶＯＤ完備でテレビチャンネル数も多く設備的には満足であった。又、フロントロビー周りにはフリーソフトドリンクに充実したアメニティ、ショーケースにはケーキもありました。領収書も発行され、このサービスと設備であれば納得の１２,９００円でした。たまたま翌日が休みだった為、フロントにて近くの観光地を訪ねると「当ホテルから徒歩６〜７分位に国立博物館がありますよ」との事。結局、国立博物館と国立科学博物館を見学後に上野駅より新幹線にて地元に帰りました。

Cons: 室内は多少年季が入っていたが、設備的には満足であった。

Pros: Great location! Really near to the JR line, with plenty of convenience stores around and good restaurants, right next to Ueno. The staff is really polite and friendly, plus the room is spacious. Although we were caught by surprise when we found out that the place is a Love Hotel, we had a pleasant stay. Plus, free ice cream and beverages.

Cons: The rooms could be cleaner. Even though the room is spacious with a large bathroom, we saw a lot of stains on the walls and surfaces in general.
