Incredibly comfortable and yet authentic

Pros: EPIC view on mount Fuji. Incredibly cozy and same time big room in local style. Very authentic and comfortable the same time.

Pros: Everything went smoothly, check in very fast, stuff were friendly. As mentioned by others, the hotel provides lots of goodies like bath salts, toothbrushes, razors etc. Very thoughtful.

Cons: I would say it is a bit out of the way, but I knew it when I was making a booking.

Fantastic location!

Pros: Fantastic location, only 2mins from Nihombashi station. Lots of convenience stores and places to eat locally nearby. Staff were super friendly and so helpful. They have a translation machine on the desk which really helped when I explained that my luggage hadn't arrived. The reception staff assisted in calling Yamato transport for me to locate my bag. Lots of amenities in the lobby, room was clean but smaller than expected. Bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Also great value for money considering the prices of some hotels in Tokyo! Only needed a bed to sleep in so it was perfect for that exactly!

Pros: Location was good, we picked it because it is close to railway station from where we were heading to our next destination. Neighborhood was calm but yet close to Ginza shopping area. The rooms are small but enough for one night.

Excellent base to explore Tokyo. Reasonably priced too.

Pros: The location is excellent, just 20 minutes walk to Tokyo Station, with a couple of subway stations nearby and an always-open convenience store where you can buy food and drinks. The surroundings felt exceptionally safe, and we had no issues with letting our kids roam nearby streets unattended. The room itself was small but quite adequate for people who need a solid base for exploring Tokyo. The staff was helpful and discrete.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Pros: We loved that a lot of hygiene items were accessible to us, such as shampoo and conditioner, razors, hairbrushes, hair ties, even fabric freshener for clothes. The room was well heated and quiet. Hotel stuff was nice and check in was easy.

Cons: I would say the breakfast options were limited, we could choose between a few dishes and they weren’t very big portions, but maybe for someone else that is not a big problem.
