Great location and comfortable location to stay

Pros: The hotel room was clean, neat and tidy. As expected the space of most hotels in Tokyo is a little squeezy so I would say this isn't as bad as others. Otherwise, location is perfect distance, short walk <5mins to the train/subway stations, loads of food and convenience stores around, shopping is great as well :)

Cons: Nothing much :)

Pros: Lobby area is large, and there is a weight meter. Staffs are great , luggages deposit is posible. There is convenience store at 1st floor.

Cons: Location, especially if you want to take a bus to NRT. Room is quite small.

Pros: Stayed for 6 nights and Can’t complain at all. Super clean and well design (although small, as Tokyo standard). Super attention to details.

Pros: Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet. Fabulous walk in shower with great water pressure! Good breakfast in a funky styled restaurant.

A fantastic and affordable hotel

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and catered to all our needs very quickly. The location was fantastic too. So close to the train station and shops and restaurants. I hugely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants close proximity to trains and shops.

Cons: The rooms were a bit small and there were only 2 washing machines for the whole hotel and doing laundry can be a challenge. Perhaps the hotel management can look into offering g 2 more machines.

Pros: The location is superb, the staff are all very friendly and professional, the facilities are also superb. Highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing significant, maybe they can just convert one of the microwave rooms into another laundry room so that the guests can have more to use during prime time of 7-10 pm

I absolutely loved the staff and the location — they made my stay so delightful!

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. They kindly stored ice for my mother’s medicine and even offered a room upgrade so we wouldn’t have to move rooms, since we initially made two separate bookings due to the hotel being fully booked. The breakfast portion wasn’t very large, but the taste was good. The location is excellent. I’ve stayed in the Ikebukuro area many times, and this has been my favorite place so far. I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Cons: The only thing I’d like to see improved is the cleanliness. We found someone else’s socks behind the curtain in our room. Without this issue, everything would have been perfect.
