Convenient location, nice room for a reasonable price

Pros: Convenient location right across from Shinagawa Station, clean and nice room for a reasonable price, good breakfast.

Cons: Self check-in

The room is old and small, but it was a great deal, considering the location.

Pros: Easy to access from Shinagawa station (though don't get mixed up with all the towers). The room was decent as expected

Great comfortable stay

Pros: The room layout was unusual but very effective for the space. The toilet being at the end of the room was something I’ve never seen before but it worked well. There were no faults with the room, and for the price was a great bonus to have a pod coffee machine. Even more expensive hotels just have instant coffee so that was a nice surprise. Location is great. Very convenient near the station.

Cons: There was a problem with the self check-in but the staff helped me quickly

Would highly recommend it for short stay single and business travellers, but it might be disappointing for tourists.

Pros: Very clean and very functional. Staff members were very efficient. Location is superb, being just a few minutes walk to the train station and underground stations.

Cons: The room size and the bathroom were extremely small although everything was organised very efficiently. For example I liked the way how working desk is arranged in that small space. However, I felt the bathroom scaring small even though I am of an average Asian size and not a claustrophobia.

Pros: Just a brief overnight stay, but room spotless and comfortable. Good location to railway station. Very kind staff!

fantastic stay with many amenities

Pros: everything, the rooms are teaching teensy bit small, but there is space enough for everything. the amenities are grand, there are easily accessible restaurants, a delicious breakfast (I'd definitely recommend making sure your booking includes breakfast, it's amazing) and the staff are kind and helpful without being overwhelming. I definitely recommend.

Cons: the only niggly bit is I like to sleep in a cold room, and was unable to put the a/c below 18°C whereas id have preferred 15°C. but otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

You get what you pay for!

Pros: Nice room with everything I needed. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Its literally a minute walk from shinagawa station. They also have a supermarket beside the hotel if you need food or drink etc.

Cons: The only main issue I had was that the walls are thin, so you can pretty much hear the conversations next door and also the snoring too and the vending machine on my floor did not work at all.
