Fabulous location and views

Pros: Second stay at Shinagawa Prince. Great locations views from 34th floor stunning.

Cons: Room could have been a bit bigger for 2 large suitcases.

Frist choice of arriving from Haneda

Pros: The 8th floor restaurant for evening dining is excellent The lounge/library with couches in Annex Tower 7th floot next to the reception is ideal for relaxing, if you e.g., arrive as I did before your room is ready Located just acrosos the street from Sinagawa Station the hotel can easily be reached by train and using the Kenkyuu train line from Haneda.

Cons: The selection of food in the 1st floor breakfast restaurant was excellent, but the facility was overly crowded at times. I easily got a seat before 0730 but when I left many queed up for entry and at the various buffets. Still, this was only a minor problem

Pros: Great location for access to train station . Comfortable hotel with loads of facilities

Superb view from the bedroom

Pros: Incredible view from our bedroom window. Very convenient location near Shinagawa station, easy to go to Haneda Airport and around Tokyo.

Cons: No steam extractor in the bathroom. Very small room for the price. No coffee sticks in the bedroom.

This was the first hotel we stayed at the start of our Japan trip. My friend and I were warmly welcomed and looked after

Pros: I liked the convenience of the location, just across the rod to Shinagawa train station it was easy to get around Tokyo. Also the warmth feeling throughout the building I felt comfortable the whole time and the front desk also had a really nice aroma that I loved.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was not booking for a longer stay there, I didn’t want to leave the hotel.

Very well located and comfortable rooms.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, across the road from a main station. We loved having the aquarium and ten pin bowling in the building. The 7-11 downstairs was also very convenient.
