Convenient location

Pros: There are many facilities that we need, shops, restaurants & massage etc… even aquarium! We have a free light breakfast.

Cons: Window view is not good but it doesn’t matter because I don’t feel airless.

Location Location Location best for JR line

Pros: Location is amazing with the JR line literally across the road from the station.

Cons: Bathrooms are small by western standards but it is Japan and it's just something you have to get used to.

Best location in Shinagawa

Pros: Location is excellent with 5mins walk from Shinagawa station. Lots of eateries available on the other side of station even during new years days. The room is relatively spacious. It provide complimentary light breakfast buffet.

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Excellent location - I have stayed in the main tower before and the lifts get crowded - N tower is smaller and much more at home environment.

Cons: Breakfast was a little disappointing as it was the same menu everyday - however it’s included in the room cost and there is a 7-11 very close by so it really an issue.

Pros: Location was perfect, just across from Shinagawa train station. Beds are comfortable , room was very clean with all necessary hygiene items and even sleeping pyjamas. The room size was not so big, just enough for 2 people and 2 suitcases. But still very good value for money considering the location and hotel facilities. Breakfast was very light , but we knew this before we made reservation. Luggage delivery company located in the main building connected to our North Tower .Very attentive and helpful staff.

Good hotel if a trifle expensive

Pros: Comfortable hotel with lots of facilities.Slightly expensive for a business Hotel. Brilliant feature was that I could easily turn off the air conditioning at night and get a decent night's sleep.

Cons: Nothing wrong with the hotel but Google Maps guides you to the East Tower and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the North Tower. Which is actually opposite the Keisei Keikyu line entrance of Shinagawa Station and can be accessed via the Wing shopping complex between 5 am and 12 midnight
