Pros: Very clean, had exactly what we needed, all neatly arranged in a small space. The balcony was a plus.

Cons: It was a bit further from the metro station than we thought. Also the table in the balcony could be changed.

Good location to stay

Pros: Everything was very good. The owner very helpful. Only the bed kind of discomfort. The mattress kind old until when you lie down, you can feel the underneath wood. Pillow is old. But overall was good stay and good location

Functional accomodation in a good location

Pros: Great location, only 5min walk to the Nakano metro station and 20min walk to Shinjuku. The area is super quiet. The room had beds for 3 people, but it was perfect for 2 so we could use the extra bed to put our clothes. There is also a giant wardrobe. Small fridge and a kettle were very practical. The bathroom was tiny, but still functional. The check-in information was clear and easy, the staff answered quickly and kindly to our request to leave our luggage for a couple of hours and they granted us a free late check-out until 1pm.

Cons: Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming out from the wc

Pros: Super Lage und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft! Nett wäre noch etwas Geschirr, damit man sich einen Tee machen kann. Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden

신주쿠 시부야 하라주쿠 오모테산도 등 쇼핑도시 위주의 여행객에게 추천

Pros: 도쿄 시내로의 접근성이 가장 좋았습니다. 처음엔 구글지도 기준 도보 4분거리의 버스정류장이 있어 선택했는데, 지도기준 도보 10분거리의 마루노우치선(M)이 실제론 7분정도의 거리에 있어 아주 좋았습니다.(부모님 동행하의 걸린 시간이라 젊은 분들이면 더욱 가깝습니다.) 도쿄 지하철 패스권을 끊으신다면 패스권 하나로 마루노우치선을 통해 웬만한 관광지는 가깝고 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 3인이 3박 동안 머무른 숙소라, 첫 입실 당시에 수건이 모자르긴 했지만 어플 메시지를 통한 호스트와의 즉각적인 소통으로 수건 또한 넉넉히 받을 수 있었습니다.(수건은 장기 투숙시 청결상 한 번에 제공되지는 않는 것 같습니다. 호스트에게 요청하면 받을 수 있습니다👍) 도보 3~4분 거리에 세븐일레븐, 로손 편의점도 있으며, 숙소 건물 1층 야외 바로 앞에 자판기도 있어서 편리합니다. 동네 자체는 조용한 주택단지 같은 느낌이지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 신식의 느낌을 줍니다.

Cons: 큰 개선점은 없는 것 같습니다. 잘 머물렀습니다.
