Perfect location close to transport which was what we were looking for.

Pros: Facilities were very good and clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Close location to the trains with many food and shopping options was also a great advantage. The triple room room was as described and displayed in photos and we found it spacious enough for 3 as we could slip the suitcases under the beds when not in use.

Cons: Noise from the elevated freeway next to it as our room was an end room facing it - not too big an issue overall but can consider some earplugs if it bothers.

This is a good budget hotel. I'll be back again.

Pros: The location is good. Easy to access from Narita airport and Shinkansen. It is in the shopping area, so we don't have to go too far to buy the things we want. The restaurants are quite good too, varied and vivid. There is Thai receptionists. It made us easier to talk to and to ask the information.

Cons: Sometimes the area is kind of crowded area. If you want somewhere peaceful, not here for sure.

Recommended place to stay near Ueno Station

Pros: All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Free amenities were superb - 24-hours available, free coffee / tea, toiletries, free water bottle, and amenities inside the room. I loved the smart tv and coin laundry! Also, the hotel location is very good, neat Ueno Station (easy to find), near shops and convenient stores.
