Pros: The location is very convenient, close to all essential places. The room is clean, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Great location, 5 mins walk to Ueno station

Pros: Location, location, location! Just 5 minutes walk to Ueno station for Yamanote, Ginza line, Shinkansen (if you are going up north) or Keisei Skyliner(straight to Narita). The Ameyoko market is just nearby with several options of cheap halal food. There's also a Halal wagyu restaurant just at the end of the block and the hotel is surrounded by numerous convenience stores. There's an ice machine and hot/cold water dispenser available at the hotel ground floor. Staff at the reception are very patient and helpful.

Pros: I love the location the most, it's close to Okachimachi and Ueno as well as Keisei Ueno station, there are a lot of restaurants around and konbini also are super close. The staff also lets us leave our luggage there before check in time and help with our check in process. I like the facts that the bed is raised so that you have space to store your luggage, it compensates the small room size.

Cons: Usually I don't have any complaints whenever I stayed here. But during this stay, I found out that my mattress and pillow were super thin, so it becomes a bit uncomfortable when sleeping. I believe it might be time for the hotel to change the mattress and pillow that are super used already.

Cons: The check-in process with multiple uses of our passports and dated slow check-in machines is in my opinion ridiculous for customers to endure just to get a room key Everyone's luggage filled the foyer which wasn't great upon arrival

Pros: As is common in Tokyo, the room was quite small, but it was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Also, even if the staff did not speak English at a fully conversational level, they were attentive and helpful, using translation tools to assist us, including helping arrange the forwarding of our luggage to our next destination.

Cons: The hotel does not offer breakfast. There is a partnership with a small café next door, paid separately, but we found the options quite limited. That said, this is not a major drawback, and it wouldn’t stop me from recommending the hotel.

Pros: The location is just so good. The Bed is so very much comfortable!
