Hotel Gracery Ginza is a comforting hotel to go back to after a day out.

Pros: Location, staff courtesy, free coffee and orange juice in the lounge.

Cons: The room is too small. I could hardly open the front door with two luggage inside.

Pros: Great location in Ginza. Center of it all. Love the set of toiletries they make available for anyone to pick up at the lobby. The staff are very helpful, too. Easiest checkin and checkout via kiosk.

Great for a short stay

Pros: Great location and close to the train station. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The amenities (toiletries) provided were top notch.

Cons: The bathrooms desperately need an upgrade. It looked very old and had mould in some areas and smelled a bit funky.

Pros: Excellent location and a very well-organized hotel with smart, easy-to-use technology. The staff were friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Alexandro at the front desk when a package I had sent was returned to me at the hotel, he helped me sort it out so I could successfully resend it. His assistance made the process seamless!

Cons: The rooms could use newer/cooler fridges.

Excellent location in Ginza; clean rooms.

Pros: Excellent location just opposite Ginza 6, with easy access to a wide range of restaurants and shops. Room was clean and contained the required amenities.

Cons: Rooms were generally on the small side. Also the rooms feel a little old and could do with some redecorating, especially the carpet.

Amazing

Pros: Had the most amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Ginza! It is really central in ginza and is walking distance to everything which was amazing. All the staff here were so kind, helpful and friendly! I was always greeted by staff no matter were I was in the hotel and they always took the time to help me out and explain things carefully in English when I needed it. My room was always cleaned so well and the cleaning team always took extra time and care in putting in the little details in my room.
