Pros: I like the bathroom sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. Great shower. Location is perfect for exploring. Very close to conbini. The lounge area on level 2 is great for relaxing or waiting to go to the airport, extremely comfortable and it has a kitchen. Reception staff can't be faulted so polite and accommodating. Oh and the sliding wooden panel that can be used to block off the window at night is genius. It's clean, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Location was amazing with easy access to everything you would be staying in Ginza for.

Cons: Room was small, but on par with Tokyo sizes.

Cons: The room has a very limited space so it's really hard to open big luggages. It was a bit expensive too. The pillows are not comfortable.

Pros: Hotel location was perfect with easy access to the main street. Hotel was modern and very clean

Cons: Room was on the cosy side for 2 adults and child (11yrs), though was enough for what we needed.

Pros: Good location, size of room is decent for the location and lots of free amenities

Cons: Really noisy and loud especially at night, can hear the street and people shouting, police and ambulance sirens. It's located on a main street so this is the downside to it.

Perfect stay for Tokyo!

Pros: Loved this hotel so much we would book again! The location is perfect and we slept so well in our rooms. Showers are awesome and the cleanliness is next level.

Cons: Staff could’ve been nicer and the automated light in the bathroom shines through to the bed.
