Lovely hotel with great service - easy check in

Pros: A lovely view and great location for shopping and restaurants in the heart of Ginza. The convenience store is attached to the hotel.

Cons: It a bit of a distance from the closest station. We did encounter some phishing attempts on the booking.com booking so please be careful.

Amazing service - exceeds expectations!

Pros: We've stayed at this hotel last 2 years we've been on holiday to Tokyo and we loved it so much that we came back again! This time, hotel management upgraded our double room so thank you very much! The bed was comfortable and bathroom is clean. I liked that amenities were not supplied in the room but you could collect them at the reception. Location is incredible - 6-7 min walk from subway lines and the area is quiet and feels safe. The hotel staff were incredible helpful with any enquiries (e.g. we needed extra days so they were able to book us in)!

Excellent spot, excellent rooms, great hotel.

Pros: Location is excellent. Access to 7/11 and nearby family mart is ideal. Our room was perfect for a two person stay, with a tv we could cast our phones onto and a Japanese toilet. Overall great !

Cons: There are no real amenities or activities in the hotel, but you don’t travel to just stay in the hotel all day !

Pros: The room is very clean, and comfortable beds. The staff is very kind. Well located in Ginza, 7min from the subway.

Pros: Good location, just couple minutes away from the main street of Ginza district, nice, calm area. The staff is really helpful, tried to help me with some local issues, too. Room was decent size, compared to the average size in Japan and we had fabulous breakfast, great choice of locally made Japanese food, really loved it. 7/11 just on the corner, also, there are other facilities, like laundry washing etc, but we didn't use them.

Cons: The access to the public transportation is a bit further from the hotel, which can be challenging when you are tired and / or have health issues. Bathroom kind of mixture of traditional Japanese onsen and western bathrolm style, unfortunate combination though: shower tap accessible from the lower \
