Good family stay in a convenient location.

Pros: Staff were really friendly and forthcoming with information and suggestions. They were happy to help with any requests such as organising a taxi for our in laws to the airport and let us borrow a luggage scale to weigh suitcases. Rooms were more spacious than the ones we had had at previous hotels and it was nice having a freezer and fridge to stock with snacks for the kids. 7eleven down the road and a family mart on the walk to the station. Easy train transfers. Lots to do.

Cons: It’s a little pricey but we feel it was worth it.

Cons: A lounge or small cafe at the reception would be welcoming. Smell of smoke outside of the room at the airwell was quite strong.

Great location, good choice for families

Pros: Great location. Only 5 mins walk to Iriya gate of Ueno station Comfortable rooms

Cons: Floors slightly creaky not very sound proof Pillows too soft Very expensive for Pokemon room but kids love it

Greta for family just hope that it’s not that noisy at night

Pros: Good size for family . Great bathroom and kitchen facility . Excellent customer service. They can organize taxi and freight forwarder for you . Also have board game for kids to play.

Cons: A bit noisy I must say. Not sure if we are near the main road or hospital but we constantly hear ambulance driving pass.

Pros: Room size, Amenities (refrigerator microwave etc) and the fact there was a table with 4 chairs to sit around and have coffee or eat a snack.

Cons: Hand wash (sink or wash basin) was far away from toilet.
