Pros: Space!! There are refrigerators, washing machine and cooking facilities available in room

Hotel Aima - good location

Pros: 24 hr staff on desk was fantastic as we didn't arrive till close to midnight. Lovely looking area - clean & modern. Small separate toilet room, slightly bigger toilet than some other places, so comfortable enough. Very comfortable bed! Great washing machine & the dryer function in the shower was amazing- a decent load of washing dried in 8 hrs while we slept. Great water pressure & decent sized shower beside a bath. Kitchenette looked well fitted out but ended up not using it at all. Could swap towels at front counter daily if needed. Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Ueno Station, close to restaurants & convenience store not far. Staff were lovely.

Cons: Shoes off at front door - a very small area at the front door to do this which was a little tricky with bags etc. No 'living' space to mention but it was great for us - we were out late most nights.

Fabulous

Pros: Great size family room especially for Tokyo with separate spacious shower room. Great kitchen and washing machine. Fabulous location with easy access to Ueno and skyliner station. Staff were very friendly (English speaking) and they provide luggage storage which is really helpful with late check in time of 4pm.

Cons: Sofa bed a little uncomfortable but not a big deal

With good location and well prepared amenities, travelers can relaxingly explore the beauty of Ueno.

Pros: Location is definitely the best part of this hotel. Just few minutes walk can get to 3rd exit of Ueno station of Hibiya line.

Cons: The size of the room is a bit small for family of 2 adults and 2 kids.

Pros: This was our first time staying here. I really liked the apartment-style room design. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was efficient, and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

Cons: It was difficult to accommodate three large suitcases in the room with the three-bed setup.

A clean and comfortable room in a great location. So close to Ueno station.

Pros: Location is excellent. Very close to Ueno station and food stalls. Cleanliness. Great clothes drying area over the shower.

Cons: Small rooms but adequate. Staff didn’t really engage with us very much. No tea or coffee available.

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable, quiet and very good value for money. Location was great. Close to the station, good places to eat and Uneo Park. Would happily stay there again.

Cons: Minor point: We were not able to use the lugguage transfer that the hotel recommended as they didn't have availability. We ended up dropping off our lugguage direct to the postal service (which was very good) but it was a little bit of a walk so if you had a lot of lugguage, children or someome with mobility issues it could cause issues.

Small cozy place with a very convenient location.

Pros: The location is gd and very convenient. Close to the Ueno station.

Cons: The room is much smaller than I expected and there’s practically not much space to walk about.
