Solid option to stay close to Ueno station.

Pros: All the details were nicely done. The staff were extremely helpful.

Cons: The fittings were a bit worn, and the room small even by my previous Tokyo experience which was a bit fiddly as I was managing a lot of luggage. But all the essentials were done well.

Pros: I had a comfortable stay here and found it to be a great base for exploring Tokyo. The location is very convenient, with easy access to station and nearby subway lines, making it simple to reach major attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and local spots around, so everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with rooms that, while compact (typical for Tokyo), were well organized and had all the essential amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. It offers good value for money and a comfortable place to relax after a full day of sightseeing

Pros: The location is great, near to train stations. The receptionists were excellent. They helped me with the arrangement of luggage transfer from the hotel to the next destination.

Cons: Size of the room. It's a bit small, but comfortable enough.

Happy with this hotel. It’s my daughter’s first visit to Japan. Will stay here again!

Pros: Buffer breakfast is much better than expected, included in the price. Counter staff is friendly. Self service amenities at the front desk like comb, toothpaste, facial wash, toner, cream all are samples from DHC.

Cons: Location is good, but still 10-15mins walk to Ueno station. If you are too tired after a day, this walk is still considered long.
