Pros: The receptionist was brilliant. Friendly welcoming helpful and informative. The room was larger than expected with extra kitchenette facilities. Although not as modern as the other My Stays hotels we would still definitely stay here again.

Pros: Close to Ueno station, clean and tidy for an overnight stay

Cons: Low water pressure so couldn’t run a bath in under 15min

Pros: enough space for arranging my stuff. quiet room and good location. The top floor is so good. I love it.

Cons: During peak times, the elevator is not enough. The garbage bin is unclear, like the waste food.

Pros: Location:The hotel is near to Inaricho train station and about 10 mins walk to Ueno. Staff: Very friendly staff and you feel very welcome. We love our stay here and will definitely come back.
