Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. A very special thank you to the staff that was so kind to keep my luggage for 4 days while I was traveling to Osaka. Thank you very much!

Pros: Nice price for great location and clean furnished room. I could leave my luggage at the lobby for free with security after I checked out.

Cons: I went to meet my friend, but I couldn't bring my friend to my room. It may be better if they let people bring 1~2 verified (after registering) guests.

Very relaxing room was awesome.

Pros: The room was the largest we stayed in for our entire trip. Lovely way to finish our two week tour. We were booked in Tokyo however wanted to be closer to the direct train for the airport, late cancellation and picked up this room on a special deal two days out, bonus.

Cons: Staff were helpful however older gentlemen very grumpy. Caused some issues for us leaving bags for a couple of hours. Limited space for that service.
