Great stay for a family

Pros: Friendly staff - we come back every year :) Always helpful and chatty Apartments are clean and comfortable 😁 5min walk to the train station We’ll be back next year :)

Mimaru alway make Japan stays that much more easier

Pros: Staff was excellent and uber helpful. Location was superb - walking distance to Ueno Park and all the amenities. Amazing for long term stay. I love that it has a tub to soak in after long days and a kitchen for the early mornings in case you just want to doo some basic eggs and toast.

Cons: I wished I could have booked a bigger place and that there was a washing machine and dryer in the room and there was a door on the tatami mats

Pros: Location was good, 3-4 mins from the station Room was spacious-ish and clean

Cons: Tatami beds have to be self-made. Better value for money can be found at other family-style apartments that are similarly priced but offer a nicer lobby area, public bath, newer room with better natural lighting
