Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms in a perfect location.

Pros: The room is perfect and provides much more space compared to many other Tokyo hotels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating providing us with fresh towels and luggage storage on our last day.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Everything was good, only the air conditioning is noisy with a sound like discharging a water. It made me hard to sleep well at night.

Peaceful stay in tokyo

Pros: Ideally located near ueno station (10 mins away on foot) which allows you to visit all iconic places in Tokyo without spending hours on public transports. This hotel is clean, fonctionnal and the staff is really friendly. The room is pretty small but possesses all necessary equipment for you to have a comfortable stay.

Cons: I don't really see any negative things to mention regarding this hotel other than the reception is closed from 2am to 5am, though all public transports don't run during that window so that's not really an issue in itself.

Perfect location next to Ueno

Pros: The hotel is very well located, very close to Ueno Station which takes you anywhere in Tokyo and Japan but far enough away from that area of heavy traffic and noise, in a more residential area. There are many good restaurants and convenience stores within 100m of the hotel. The staff speaks better English than the average in other hotels and is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

Cons: The bathroom, although very clean and new, has a very fluctuating hot water pressure. For me, the fact that there is no elevator was not a problem at all, but I think it could be a considerable problem for older people.

Great small hotel

Pros: Very friendly stuff. Small but comfortable room and bed. The location is great if you want to be close to Ueno station.

Cons: The floor carpet was a little old and didn't look clean but nothing too bad

Pros: Very friendly hosts who speak great English. Short walk from Ueno Station. Clean, comfortable room. Would stay here again if I've got plans in this part of Tokyo.
