Great

Pros: Small but it’s super comfy nice bed responsive staff great location so close to Ueno and family mart, 7/11 etc, I had a lovely short stay and I enjoyed it very much perfect for 1 person

Cons: If I was to be stingy possibly the size of the room but was still very comfortable (average Tokyo room can’t complain really)

Perfect stay in Ueno

Pros: Perfect location, the property was spacious and clean. Close to Ueno station and had convenience stores right around the corner.

Pros: Love Ueno, many place to eat and buy. Hotel is good size and clean.

Cons: Its uneasy to find the correct location on the first day, as even though on Google map indicated it's just across the Ueno station, but actually need to walk the overpass from the station to get there. We didn't know at first so we walked around and tried many ways to find the hotel, also asked many people on the street but still could not figure out how to get there. We were so tired and really frustrated so finally we had to take a taxi at the station with my 80 year old mom, with two big luggages and two hand carry bags.

A great place to take the train and go shopping

Pros: The best thing about it is that it is very close to Ueno Station. It is very convenient to go shopping in places like Ameyokocho and Okachimachi.

Cons: The downside is that the single room is a bit unfriendly for people with large suitcases. Although the washing machine is free to use, it does not have detergent, so you have to buy it yourself. This may be a bit unfriendly for first-time visitors.

Very clean, convenient location and quiet area. Highly recommended accomodation for Ueno area

Pros: Very close to Ueno station. Very nice accommodation and very clean. Lawson and 7-11 kombini are very close to the properly too! Washing machine is free to use in L1. Dryer is ¥200 for 20mins.
