Pros: Breakfast is good, but maybe hotel can arrange more table for 4 at the restaurant of having breakfast, there are not much of table for 4.

Wonderful staff, close to station!

Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and amenities were great. Super close to station as well.

Cons: Room was extremely small and bedding wasn’t great quality - thin bedding, didn’t sleep great.

Pleasant stay, convenient location

Pros: Hotel is well located, an easy walk from Shimbashi station which has access to multiple JR and subway lines. Plenty of dining options nearby. Handy hint - reception is on 11th floor, which is not immediately apparent from the elevator button labelling. Room was clean, comfortable and as described. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Room was small, with limited floor space for luggage, especially with three people.

Clean, cosy and convenient

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was abundant and facilities especially the Onsen was lovely and very convenient after a big day of adventures. Located close to restaurants and convenient stores and most importantly the train station. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Cons: Perhaps more choices in the English buffet breakfast mainly for kids

Great hotel in a fantastic part of Tokyo

Pros: Fantastic location right in Shimbashi, which is a lively area with lots of restaurants and bars popular with locals/workers. Also very close to the Imperial Palace and very well connected with train lines. Our hotel room was very comfortable with a great bathroom, nice TV and a comfy window seat. The hotel also has an onsen and sauna on the top floor.

Cons: Perhaps a bit pricey but great if you can get a deal!
