A great few days in Tokyo

Pros: Good location and easy transport links for a few days in Tokyo. Room was modestly sized, but it is Tokyo! Nevertheless it was perfectly comfortable.

Clean and tidy hotel, great location for good eateries, Yamanote line and walkable to Ginza.

Pros: Great location, near everything but street was quiet. Easy and friendly check in, cute selection of amenities/toiletries. A very good choice if arriving late to Haneda.

Pros: Cleaneness, amenities of all kinds, a lot of choice for breakfast, free coffee and tea stand, laundry machines available

Cons: nothing to dislike

It was a pleasant stay overall. Great location, great staff.

Pros: It was close to the train station, convenience stores and shops. It was in a convenient location.

Cons: The rooms were overall clean and tidy but noticed that some parts were dusty, ie telephone, tissue box etc. The amenities not being in the room were a bit of an inconvenience though. But the option to pick a card for renting out other items ie iron, additional pillows etc were great.

Pros: Great breakfast at an Italian restaurant, which serves plenty of cooked veggies, chicken, and eggs. There's also a small salad bar that also serves fruits and yogurt. Simple Japanese rice, fish, and boiled veggies are also available.

Cons: The price has gone up a lot in recent years. It's not only this hotel but I hope the price can come down a bit.

Pros: Very clean, modern room, great location near the ginza and JY lines making it an excellent place to visit other big suburbs. Close to an Ichiran and other izakiyas for food. Also close to the business district which has beautiful scenery for photography.

Cons: Only downside is size but that is typical for Japanese hotels and was not a big deal - I just wish there was a spot somewhere in the room to open and store a mid size suitcase other than the pathway from the bed to the bathroom

Pros: Relatively large room sizes. Very friendly and helpful staff that I'm sure is sick of me asking them for a scale to weight my luggage :). At the lobby, they have a wall with a map and multiple sites of interest close by (and airports) and how to get there. Places ranged from restaurants to museums and shops. The hotel does not offer many amenities within the room, but they have a small table in the lobby where you can grab anything you require.
