Wonderful views over Tokyo in a central and lively neighborhood

Pros: The central location, the views from the room, the staff, the cleanliness, the showers and products

Cons: The rooms could be slightly bigger

Comfy beds, decent price, small rooms, great view, great location

Pros: The location, we could walk / run to the Imperial Palace and do a run circuit around that, 7km return trip was fab. Also walk to the train in seconds and Ginza shops in minutes. The beds are very comfy. But the rooms were small.

Cons: Gym was tiny and had two bikes that were both out of order. The bar was very average. Bar staff unfriendly and minimal choice of cocktails. Simple. The restaurant was ok. Nothing social.

Pros: Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were excellent and very friendly. We also enjoyed their small piano and violin concert held in the lobby during our stay.

Comfortable except for not cleaning room

Pros: Stunning view, rather new decor, and sizable room for Tokyo.

Cons: The rooms are not cleaned everyday, think they clean only after 2 or 3 night. The cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10am to ask if we want to change towels. I am disappointed because this is not USA where you expect rooms not to be cleaned for a few days due to costs savings. In Tokyo though, a city in a country which is known to be clean has have good service, this is disappointing.

Pros: Location was great, very easy access to explore Tokyo from here. Room and beds were okay, though a little compact. Staff were absolutely lovely and so friendly and helpful - they assisted us with luggage transfer to Hakone.

Cons: I think if we'd been on the other side of the hotel we'd have had a much more pleasant experience as there was construction being carried out on a new tower on our side obscuring the view and creating noise early in the mornings while we were trying to sleep. We were also surprised that there was no room service or anything of the sort (they do however have a guest lounge but it was somewhat limited and meant we had to leave the comfort of our room)

Cons: It would be good to have room service

Excellently located, quality hotel!

Pros: Great location with fair sized rooms for Tokyo. The views across the city were amazing and everything very clean. The personal message for birthday and anniversary greeting was a lovely touch!

Cons: Price was quite high for the stay in off peak season but worth it for the high standard of hotel.

Great location, amazing views but avoid breakfast.

Pros: Beautiful view Nice rooms Locations is excellent Great bar at night Great amenities in the room. The hairdryer is one of the best in the world. The bathroom is great in size, and we had a walk-in robe, which made a big difference Polite staff, great price

Cons: 1 The smell in the lobby wasn't welcoming. I think the property might have a sewage problem. 2 Some of the staff have limited English, which made communication quite hard. 3 I asked for Tokyo Tower view, and I got the Palace, which wasn't bad, but the expectation was not met. There was no explanation that there were no rooms in my category with the tower view. 4 that anger me the most - ECO CLEANING!! aka we are saving money, not cleaning your room, not even your bed is going to be made, but we call ourselves a hotel. No way!!! It is absurd. 5, we had to change rooms as the bedroom smelled really bad. The staff tried everything to keep us in the smelly room, but after a long conversation, they decided to change rooms. 6 we found bottles and baby bottles underneath the beds, we asked for them to be cleaned, and the baby bottle stayed underneath the bed for the whole week. 7 The lady at the entrance would chase us everywhere to confirm payment. As we were in a large group, she would ask everyone for payment, even though we had paid before entering the restaurant. One person would pay for the 11 of us, but she still chased through the restaurant asking for payment. I got back inside to help my daughter, only to be chased like a criminal. There was no hello, good morning, just PAY NOW! or PAY! You PAY! 7 days of YOU PAY NOW. The food was good, but not a care for allergies.
