Dream hotel to discover wonderful Tokyo city

Pros: Everything was perfect from the room, the view, the service, the molecular tapas, the bar. Every single outlet was beautiful and the service was amazing. Couldn’t have been any better.

Cons: As the hotel was full there was a queue, also due to the fact that it is limited to 10h30.

Fabulous stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The location on the higher floors of the building ensures great views. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the property is spotlessly clean. The concierge desk were super helpful with recommendations and information.

Very comfortable and convenient

Pros: All staff members were excellent except one. They did their best to recognize the client; very polite and helpful. My spa therapist was excellent. All spa staff very appreciative and knowledgeable. Sense Restaurant was wonderful. We had a very well presented meal and they timed their service just right. Really great servers in the restaurant and THEY ACCEPTED GRATUITIES with a truly gracious and polite attitude. Many hotels have staff that insult the client by refusing gratuities. The world has changed and some of the best hotels in Tokyo are allowing their staff to receive gratuities. I do not believe in all the nonsense on the Internet regarding gratuities being unnecessary in Japan. Door staff downstairs are very professional and stayed outside with the guests even though it was really cold. All in all, it was a great stay.

Cons: One staff member from either Reception or the Concierge was really arrogant and not cooperative. I believe it is due to the lack of experience. She has personal judgements and did not see the client's viewpoint.

Great hotel and spacious room. 20 years old but very well kept.

Pros: Excellent service throughout. Had a great meal at the super hard to book pizza bar on 38/F which the hotel helped me organise.

Exceptional Mandarin hospitality & exquisite service in one of the coolest neighbourhoods of Tokyo!

Pros: You can never go wrong in MO but this one stands out quite well vs many others simply by the elevated Japanese attention to details, exceptional service and friendliness of their staff.

Cons: Nothing!
