Tight space but good location

Pros: Really good location - close to Ikebukuro shops and not a far walk to Sunshine Plaza but no sound pollution at all. Good laundry room with new washing and drying machines.

Cons: The room has everything you need but space. Couldn’t keep both suitcases open unless you’re prepared to jump over one to get to the toilet but not a huge issue really.

Basic hotel. Helpful staff.

Pros: Very helpful staff. Due to change of travel plan, I made two separate bookings through two booking platforms on two consecutive nights. The staff helped me sort it out so that I didn’t have to check in and check out again.

Cons: Very basic amenities. Unlike other business hotels in Japan, there is no skin care kits.

Pros: The location; it was close to the station and shops but the hotel's area was peaceful.

Cons: The room was small but I didn't mind because I was traveling solo with a small luggage but if a guest has packed a lot, they might not fit.

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff as always for keio presso inn, and good amenities very usefull.

Cons: The hotel start at 3rd floor so its difficult to maneuver, you need to go to 3rd floor and change the lift again. Also room small but kinda ok for me, the only problem maybe because the toilet door open towards out so sometimes get hit when friend suddenly open the door from inside.

Pros: We love the location! Big station nearby and a convenient Narita airport bus stops directly to the station. The room was very clean and it had a great view of the front of the building. Lots of foot traffic outside the hotel make the place feel alive during the day.

Cons: Check in time at 3 PM feels a bit late, and the check out time was at 10 AM (a bit early!)

A cost-effective business hotel in Ikebukuro-area

Pros: - Location is excellent, walking distance to Ikebukuro-station and airport shuttle bus. Massive shops/restaurants nearby. There is a 24hrs convenience store in Floor 1. - Staff is professional and excellent, the room is clean and comfortable (except bed). - Two coin-operated washing machines in Floor 10th, it is quite helpful for long-stay guests

Cons: - The bed is not that comfortable against other same/similar standard hotels in Tokyo. Minor issues: - The room size is limited, but this is standard in Tokyo area. - The breakfast is good, but offering more variety would be great for long-stay guests.

Pros: The hotel is clean and very good location. The staff are nice, and the toilet was compact with very efficient design

Cons: The bed was too small, it was said double bed, but it came out with 140x190 cm bed (which in our country considered as single bed). Hardly fit for 2 persons sleeping together
