Great location, and great service

Pros: Great location, good value and all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Wish they could arrange the room cleaning more often, like once in 2 days instead of 3 days.

Pros: Good location, not too far away from Ikebukuro station. Clean room. Very small room but this is to be expected in Tokyo.

Cons: Noisy heat pump in room. Bed a bit too small for two people.

Cozy room & great location

Pros: As a solo traveller I booked the small double room for single occupancy on the ladies only floor and absolutely loved it - very comfortable room, quiet and super clean. I especially loved that the heating wasn't centrally controlled like in many Japanese hotels, which can feel like being in a sauna, and I was able to sleep comfortably without overheating :)

Cons: Nothing to complain about, will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Perfect room and location!

Pros: Super clean, amazing location right next to the train station and sunshine city mall, the staff were lovely. The room had a fridge, great amenities and a super comfy bed.

Cons: The wifi wasn’t very reliable and kept cutting in and out.

Pros: The location is excellent and the room is neat and comfortable

Cons: the mattress is not hard enough for me, can’t sleep very well, and I don’t like the room at the end of corner, it’s a bit noisy at the nights and the morning moments

Perfect for Sunshine City and Ikebukuro

Pros: My go to hotel in Tokyo. About 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro station meaning it is a little quieter area. Next to entrance to Higashi-ikebukuro station and Sunshine City. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Small room but always very comfortable. Had a small issue with my room after a couple of days but staff were quick to resolve and switch my room. Staff always happy to help, even if using a translator. Able to leave luggage before and after checking in/out.

Cons: A little dated with cleanliness but did not ruin my stay

Pros: Great location in a quiet area. Room was small but not too small. Well functioning WIFI. Friendly staff. Everything you need is nearby, shops, restaurants and easy access to central Tokyo .

Pros: Attention to details is key. We delivered our baggage to the hotel through a delivery company and we found them in our room already at our arrival. There’s everything you need in the reception and the staff is very kind.
