New favourite home base

Pros: Close to train station (note, no elevator/escalator at south exit) nice views from hotel (even saw Mt fuji) and easy check in/out procedure. Hotel itself is very quiet. There is also a maruetsu 15mins away, aswell as a coin laundry and Lawson. I really like the raised bed platform as it gives you room to put down all your stuff. Black out blinds work incredibly well, I had to leave them open a little to let some light in to stop myself from sleeping in.

Good stay

Pros: Very close from the train station, lots of amenities in the room and outside the room. Room is small but comfortable.

Cons: You can hear the train and the station is behind the building, the convinient store is a bit further not so close but its not a big issue for me.

Cons: One lift so can take a while sometimes

Pros: Near to tabata station easily access to other ward of tokyo The was onsen provided for free for guest

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms offered great value for money and the hotel was only a few minutes away from the train station.

Pros: pretty goof location if you want to live inside yamanote line

Pros: Free tea/coffee machine, space under bed for luggage

We found this a very convenient stay for our over night in Tokyo. Expect small Japanese hotel rooms and efficiency. Clea

Pros: Easy access from the yamanote line. Great view of the train tracks. Great breakfast.

Very good value for money

Pros: The location was perfect - even though it is quite far from the city center, it is very close to JR station and there are two lines that stop there. We never had any issues getting anywhere. The room had a regular size, as for Japanese standards. It's nice that there is additional space for luggage under the bed. Staff is vey friendly and helpful. You can use the kitchen to eat supper.

Cons: We could hear trains during the day and night. It was not a problem for us, but if somebody is sensitive to sounds, it is important to note that. Additionally - you enter your room directly from the corridor which is open air. If you want to use onsen, you need to leave your room and it gets cold. There is also not much space for sitting and simply storing things - there is just one small table and only a little bit of space next to the mattress, which is quite inconvenient as you sleep right next to it.

Pros: All the staff were friendly. Place was very clean. Had just what I needed.

Cons: Convenient store is quite a walk away. The available foods at the front desk are a good idea but not to someone who's more health conscious. Better to get some on the way before checking in.
