Pros: The facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the train station that would lead straight into all the main areas of town (Tokyo, Shibuya) or easy to transfer to other lines. There were restaurants and convince stores close by.

Cons: The train line could be noisy, but it didn't bother me at all, and it does stop between I think 1am and 5am. It wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Amazing value

Pros: It's amazing value for money - in addition to a good size bedroom you get a kitchen corridor with sink, cooker and fridge. The bathroom is a bit cold but it's well equipped with a washer dryer and separate shower room. The neighbourhood is great with lots of good local shops and a wide choice of places to eat. All of the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. An excellent base to explore from.

The hotel is clean and located near a supermarket, McDonald’s, convenience stores, halal food options, and a laundry facility. The room is spacious enough and comfortable for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The kitchen equipment is quite complete, although there are no scissors, spatula, or knife 😊

Close to Nishi Nippori and Aeon

Pros: Lots of good resto next to the hotel. The staff were helpful. There was Aeon Supermarket close to the hotel. The window was double glassed. Easy check in and check out.

Cons: I stayed for 3 nights but I only got water on the first day, I asked to get more water on the second day but they did not give me water, maybe they forgot, so I bought some water from Aeon Supermarket.
