Cramped Style but Great Value

Pros: Location is decent to good specifically as a travel hub - if you have luggage, it might be a struggle, but it's on a subway line and accessible by multiple avenues. Price value is great - you can save quite a bit of cash on multiple days here and still have a room/bathroom to yourself.

Cons: Food options are subpar around the hotel - you're going to have a hard time finding anything to eat that isn't Yoshinoya. Layout is cramped - if you are travelling for a long period of time, you are not going to be able to spread out as you might like.

A cozy stay in a quiet part of Tokyo.

Pros: If you didn’t mind travelling a bit from Tokyo’s centre (eg Shinjuku-shibuya) its location provides a quiet stay in a peaceful, charming neighbourhood. The bathroom was small but had all the essentials, even a bathtub.

Cons: I somehow felt cold even though there was an announcement that the AC in the rooms have been defaulted to heating mode and I had to ask for an extra blanket. Also, there wasn’t anyone at reception when I first arrived and I wasn’t sure what to do until another guest gave them a phone call (I’m assuming).

Pleasant

Pros: We were able to extend our stay by emailing them. Our first room was very comfortable and there is a lift so no lugging suit cases upstairs.

Cons: Second part of our stay we needed to change rooms, the beds in this one where hard and uncomfortable and it was a floor and room that they allowed smoking in, so not as pleasant to stay in.

Tokyo

Pros: Perfect location good size room loads of service brilliant staff and same as in pictures

Cons: Can’t find any wrong

Pros: Good location to train station. Tranquillity between hotel and the nearby train station.

Cons: Tatami bed - collapsed at the centre section. It means only less filling inside.

Clean, comfortable and compact.

Pros: Compact room but not cramped. Super comfy beds with clean and soft bed linen. Clean bathroom. Only issue was wet patch on carpet where it had been cleaned. Quiet area of city. Amazing value for money, would stay again.

Cons: Bit out of the way for restaurants etc

Clean and tidy. Better than staying in a capsule hotel for sure.

Pros: It was a fine stay. Nice cold air con, mini fridge, toilet and a bed is all I need.

Cons: Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee in the room to be able to make. Pretty tight in the bathroom and main room but manageable.

Pros: It was perfect for what I wanted. I could shop in peace, open the big luggage in the room, have my own bathroom, it was close to Yamanote line and the Keisei line that goes to Narita.

Cons: I don't have negative points to say

Pros: The room I got was surprisingly bigger than expected

Great 1st night in Japan

Pros: We stayed for one night - first night in Japan. Room was better than on picture, all amenities available, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Nothing to complain, happy we had a chance to stay there :)
