Convenient and Caring

Pros: This is my second stay at this hotel, as it is very conveniently located and easy to find (perfect base for our travels across Tokyo). This time, I came down with Influenza A during my stay. The staff were accommodating and generous, provide extra comforts, advice and a medical doctor recommendation, which eased my stress being bedridden in a foreign country. I will stay here again!

Modern hotel within steps of ueno station.

Pros: A very modern hotel located right outside of ueno station. Close to the very vibrant night life, with loads of restaurants in the area.

Cons: It was all good. If they have space, a locked baggage area would be much better than having it along the hallway

An exceptional location with helpful staff in the heart of Ueno

Pros: This hotel is in a very convenient location, across the road to the major station, 7 min walk to catch the airport express train, close to shops, restaurants and parks. Even though it was next to an expressway, our room was very quite due to the double glazing. We enjoyed a tasty dinner in the Italian restaurant on-site. There were excellent cafes and bakeries within 5 minute walk for our breakfast.

Cons: The room was quite small, but the bed was very comfortable.
