I loved staying there.

Pros: Interesting view on the city. Quite rooms. Location.

Cons: Luggage safe boxes only accept 100 Yen coins.

Great location, close to train stations, 7Eleven, Familymart.

Pros: Location was great, beautiful suburb! Hotel was ok, family of 5 with 2 rooms, 1 room with queen bed and other room with 3 singles.

Cons: Rooms and beds were a little small. Bulkhead was low. If you’re not in the room all day, it was fine. Beds weee uncomfortable :(

Functional, clean and efficient

Pros: It was on quiet street. Access was easy. Staff were great

Pros: The room was very large by Tokyo standards and comfortable. It felt spacious enough for two double beds and a small living area. The bathroom was a decent size with a bath as well as shower and Japanese toilet (bidet etc). Good selection of free toiletries available. There was a fridge and kettle and plenty of light. The laundry room downstairs was cheap and easy to use and the staff changed our notes for coins so we could use the washing and drying machines. The nearest metro was only 7 minute walk away and it didn't take long to get to the city centre. This was my favourite place we stayed in Japan and great value too.

Cons: Nothing! Very hard to fault it. If I'm being really picky, there could have been a bit more space/furniture to store and hang clothes, and some UHT/powdered milk available along with the teabags and coffee.

Pros: Very family friendly and the staff were lovely. Convenient location to public transport, shops and restaurants. The hotel had everything we needed for a family of four.

Pros: Fabulous location for our time in Tokyo, excellent cafe close by and choice of train lines and buses . Hotel room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.
