Pros: Very nice stay. Easy access to all of Tokyo while being in a calm neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Cons: Small room, but expected in Tokyo. Still a great deal and would highly recommend.

Pros: Location is strategic, next to Kiyosumi-shirakawa station and Family mart. Room view is facing the street and able to see sunrise. Not noisy too. Breakfast buffet is hearty and filling.

Pros: The location is perfect. Ok, not much going on around the hotel but it's literally a 5 second walk to the metro. The staff were super nice and there to help. The breakfast wasn't great but there was coffee toast and cereal and some Japanese stuff. There are washing and drying machines in the hotel which came in handy for our 7 night stay.

Cons: Not much if I'm being honest. The bathroom was small but what do you expect in Tokyo.

Great position, with fabulous staff.

Pros: Great position very close to public transport. The hotel has a library room where you can sit and work or relax, and take advantage of the free coffee and tea. Best of all are the staff who were super helpful, and couldn’t have done more to help.

Convenient and clean, just beside metro station

Pros: Room service cleaned every day and you could have the bedsheets changed whenever you wanted to by simply displaying the sign. Breakfast was good and the position also great, just 20m from the metro station.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small, especially if you're travelling with a big suitcase. Also we would have appreciated if we could open the window, but it was locked. An earlier check-in (we got there around 2 pm but could only check in after 3) would have also been great and we hoped we could, if the room was ready (check-out time is by 10 am).
