Pros: Everything, the staff is super kind and worked hard to make sure we understood despite their English, the room is perfectly fine and quaint, there were so many shower items (conditioner, bath additives, moisturizer, etc) free coffee, tea, mineral water, location was quiet but not isolated, 2 minutes from Lawson's/familymart, 5 from a station. The wifi is great
Cons: would be nice if the lamp has a more yellow hue, the room is a bit dark, and the toilet flush was VERY loud

Pros: -Staff guys have been really friendly and helpful -Room is clean and new towels are provided everyday -hotel is a few minutes walk from 2 main metro lines, so it's really well positioned for visiting both Shinjuku and Shibuya
Cons: The bathroom is a bit tight if you're used to Western sizes, but it’s not a big deal

Pros: The owner was very kind and helpful. Although the room was very small, it had everything you need. The location was good, and the price–performance ratio was excellent.
Cons: The room was quite small, and since the building is old, there were sometimes some unusual noises, but they were not disturbing.

Great value for money. Would stay here again.
Pros: 1. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants. 2. The room was quite spacious for the price. 3. The manager and the staff were very polite and helpful. They even allowed early check in at 12:00 PM.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit cramped.

Un immeuble agréable, un peu ancien mais très accueillant !
Pros: Très calme. On était plusieurs à mon étage et je n'entendais aucun bruit dans ma chambre. Le ménage était fait tous les deux jours, des serviettes et pyjama neuf tous les jours. Je ne le savais pas car les messages automatiques indique le contraire mais on peut déposé ses valises en dehors des horaires d'ouverture. Le monsieur de l'accueil très poli, et à l'écoute de nos problèmes. Je recommande ! Ne vous attendez pas à un immeuble avec les équipements dernier cri. C'est un immeuble un peu ancien mais qui fonctionne très bien !
Cons: Aucune lumière directe dans la chambre. J'avais vu sur un mur. C'était dommage. Prises électrique loin du lit.

Pros: Profissionais solícitos, muito educados, bem preparados. O local é muito seguro, calmo e bem organizado, refletindo a cultura e sociedade!
Cons: A limpeza poderia ser um pouco mais rigorosa, ao menos 1 vez ao mês. O quarto é forrado com carpete e atacou as minhas vias aéreas. A primeira coisa que fiz foi checar embaixo da cama e lá estava o problema. Controle remoto com muito ketchup!!! Eu prefiro sem...
