Great choice for exploring Shibuya : D

Pros: Great location, very close to Shibuya station and lots of shopping/attractions/food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The 24/7 Family Mart downstairs was also great for food and snacks! The rooms were a standard smaller Japan size but well appointed and comfortable. WIfi was great too. Our teenagers had the room next to us and the hotel was very kind to give us the two rooms together.

Tiny room in a great location

Pros: Great location close to the Shibuya station. Wash machine with a dryer and a detergent in a room is w big advantage. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. You can always ask for clean towels or taking out the trash.

Cons: The room was tiny. There wasn’t even a space to put a suitcase and leave it opened.

Clean Quiet, Very Comfortable Stay

Pros: The room was spotless. There was no noise at all. Had a balcony. Washing machine/dryer, mini kitchen with microwave and fridge, great bathroom. Family Mart just outside. 10% discount from surrounding restaurants.

Cons: Nothing, everything was functioning and well-kept. If I have to pick on something, it would be that the hotel was not right in the middle of the action; however, a few minutes' walk, and you were there anyway. It was kind of nice retreating to no hussle and bussle.

Comfortable stay for small young family.

Pros: Convenient location, with Family Mart just below. Away from crowded area. Washing machine and dryer, and microwave inside the room was very convenient.

Did quite a bit over the 2-day stay

Pros: Strong water pressure. Warm toilet seat. No fuss on leaving luggage with counter staff. Helpful staff who assisted with coffee machine that didn't work initially. Good room lighting. Tie-up with cafe downstairs on 10 percent off -very easy to get early coffee fix

Cons: Room was slightly small. Better direction to nearest supermarket would be useful
