Great location, but outside noise is frustrating

Pros: The location is incredible, and for what it was the rooms were decently sized for Tokyo

Cons: You could hear street noise all night (and I was on level 24). The windows aren’t sound proof.

Pros: The location was wonderful, the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and great views. The Breakfast was delicious and being on the top floor the view was incredible and we were able to see Mt Fuji as well.

Pros: Location was excellent Reception staffs were super helpful & fast service

Cons: Housekeeping is not a default, when we forget to paste the 2 magnets in door, Room wasn't cleaned & beds not done. Travelled from 19-24 Feb, wasn't super coldat10 to 18degree, quilts were so thick & hot

Absolutely fantastic

Pros: The location was excellent, easy access. Staff exceptional.room on the 23rd floor fantastic. Meal on the 25th floor, incredible, with view.

Cons: Experienced a hiccup signing my bill to the room from the hotel restaurant on the 25th floor. All sorted.

Bang for buck, great location!

Pros: Perfect for our group of 3. Staff excellent, clean, great value, nice bed layout & a stones throw away from crossing. Took some nice pics over crossing from lift foyer.

Cons: Location gps took us to the right side alley out the back, not the front, but we just circled around and found signage into complex.

Everything we needed in our hotel choice.

Pros: Excellent location for exploring the area while offering a quiet room to go back to. Rooms were well-appointed and clean. The staff at the front desk were efficient and very attentive.

Cons: The staff in the lobby restaurant were not overly friendly and it was very expensive.

Great location, big rooms.

Pros: Amazing and central location. Helpful staff. Decent size rooms for the price.

Cons: Was a little tricky to locate the entrances as the signage was quite small. Beds were a little firm for my liking, had a bit of soreback from a few days sleeping on the mattress. There was a bit of mold in the window frames.
