Pros: Very nicely situated, just a few minutes walk from a train station with the yamanote line. Also great that it is situated in a calm neighbourhood and close to a big supermarket and a 7/11. Spaceous rooms and great equipment all in all.

Amazing stay!

Pros: Really enjoyed this hotel, it was quiet, spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, I would come back and stay here!

Pros: Ideal location on a quiet street but near the main train line (Yamanote), easily accessible to all the major neighborhoods. Room was of good size, can lay open our luggages or keep them under the bed. Staff was very approachable and helpful with any concerns. Appreciated the daily breakfast of bread, banana, and coffee!

Cons: Drinking water was available, but would have liked ice or cold water option (maybe a pitcher to place in the fridge?).

Cost_effective

Pros: The hotel is a great example of how to decrease the costs without a compromise on basic necessities like cleanness, hygine, comfortable room etc. Very cost-effective.

Cons: I did not have amajor complaint.

Pros: The quality/price ratio is unbeatable for this hotel. Rooms are very nice, clean and tidy as well as affordable for large metropolis standards. The fact that the structure only hosts a few rooms make it a homey, familiar place with attention to details, clients and service.

Cons: Nothing. If one is on their first trip to Japan may prefer another area (such as Shibuja) but I honestly think that the hotel location is great. It’s quiet, well connected by public transport and in a seemingly local/authentic neighborhood that has all you need.

Pros: Great and comfortable stay in Tokio in the perfect location for exploring almost the whole city. Very friendly staff (bordering too friendly). Suited very well to all our needs.

Pros: Everything was excellent, the staff was nice, they welcomed us with a smile even though it was late at night. we really liked the hotel. the facilities matched the photos very well. we highly recommend.

There are many convenience stores nearby where you can buy breakfast, and there’s also a Matsuya chain restaurant where you can enjoy a hot Japanese-style breakfast. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a residential area, which makes it very quiet—there’s no noise from traffic. The guests are also very well-mannered; I didn’t hear anyone talking loudly in the hallways, slamming doors, or stomping around. Ask ChatGPT

Cons: The ventilation fan in the shower room isn’t strong enough, so it gets stuffy if you take a long shower.
