Hotel Crystal -大人専用--

Pros: The location is very good. 2 minutes walk from JR train which takes you straight to popular districts like shinjuku, shibuya, ueno, etc. The staff are also very nice, we are tourist we did not use the place specifically for what the hotel is intended but it was still a very pleasant stay.

Cons: The cigarette smell was not pleasant but it was ok for the price within the location.

Pros: Was very good hotel, staff was very friendly. Cleaned our room every day. We didn’t realise it was a love hotel until we got into our rooms but that didn’t affect our stay.

Don’t second guess, stay here. 30 mins by train to Shinjuku and Shibuya FYI.

Pros: One minute walk from station. We were on the opposite side of the building so didn’t hear trains. Room was large enough to open big bags and swing a cat. Reception staff use a translator and are very friendly and helpful. They store luggage in your room before check-in though when you check out luggage storage is at their discretion dependent on avaiable space to store.

Cons: Not much to dislike really.

Quite an experience!

Pros: The ice cream and PLENTY of other amenities make this hotel exceptional! Also, it's right next to the Yamanote line that takes you everywhere around the city.

Cons: We didn't know it's a love hotel before booking but it didn't affect us in any negative way, except for the late check-in (7pm). They have stored our luggage in the meantime though.

Great stay

Pros: It has a soft bar and dessert bar, it was great, the location was amazing too, at 3 mins of the station. I really liked it, even though I didn't understand it was that kind of hotel at first, the staff was super helpful.

Cons: The black windows

Unexpectedly Good!

Pros: The location was 1 station away from Ueno and Nippori.. 1 min walk from Uguisudani sta. The room was spacious and we loved the bathtub with Jacuzzi.. There are free snacks and drinks, and free toiletries all available at the front desk.. They exceeded our expectations even this is a Love Hotel.

Cons: It's really hard to get rid of the cigarette smell in the room. I hope they can fix this.. Note: This is a love hotel, so you might feel awkward around the neighborhood, but overall, I would still come back here..

Very good stay

Pros: Close to the station, comfortable beds, necessities provided, and a lot of free desserts, coffee, tea and icecream. Definateley would stay again

Cons: The noise from station, however we still slept

Pros: It is, what is called, a love-hotels, hotel that can be rented by the hour but for us all night. Checking however is from 19.00 and checkout at 12 or 13.00hrs. lots of amenities, jacuzzi and even condoms are there as well as a drink dispenser at the rooms and free softdrinks, coffee and ice cream.

Cons: A little old, maybe in need of a slight renovation

Pros: 地理位置优越，出jr莺谷站步行半分钟就是酒店。配套设施齐全，楼下就是食其家、松屋、麦当劳、doutor，吃早饭超方便。还有一家堂吉柯德，走十分钟还有业务超市和life，生活采买太方便了，而且便宜很多

Pros: 荷物を置かせてもらえて、毎日掃除してもらい、アメニティも補充していただきました😊 フロントに連絡すれば、出入り自由なのがありがたかった😊

Cons: お風呂の温度をもっと高くしたかったが、ならなかった。畳でなく、ソファーが良かった。
