We would come back for sure!

Pros: Beautiful very spacious traditional room with separate living room and entrance. There is a rooftop terrace with a stunning view. The tatami beds were very comfortable.

Cons: nothing, everything was great. Maybe the TV was too big, however the kids liked it.

Quiet location, close to the action.

Pros: This was our third visit to Tokyo and we wanted to stay somewhere a bit quieter. The rooms were huge, particuarly for Tokyo, and the hotel style was older, but very comfortable. The location was handy - only 2 or 3 stops from Shinjuku. (We found it easier to use the Sasazuka station as there was a quiet little alley-way to get there.) The rooftop patio area looked lovely, but a bit cold when we were there.

Cons: The expressway is right out the front which might be an issue if you're a light sleeper. I am, but had earplugs which worked fantastically.

Pros: Location is superb, some really good food places around.

Pros: Loved how spacious the room was and the cute amenities on the terrace.

Cons: When the staff cleaned our room we noticed they didn’t change the bedding or anything, this was 3 days into our stay which made me think that they may not have cleaned other things properly. The shower holder is also in a really inconvenient spot.

Pros: Loved the space of the room, the cleanliness and the roof top terrace.

Cons: The mattress was too hard for my liking.

Cute little hotel in great location

Pros: Lovely basic hotel in a great location, close to train multiple stations without feeling too busy or touristy. Room was a little cramped with the fold out bed for our 7 year old (much appreciated!) but was fine for a short stay. Cute rooftop with free tea & coffee & biscuits. Everything was clean and staff helpful when needed although not always there.

Cons: Room a bit cramped with large arm chairs plus the extra bed but still comfortable and nicely decorated.

Wonderful and spacious traditional Japanese-style room for families

Pros: We booked the traditional Japanese-style room and we LOVED it. The room we got was HUGE - it was such a breath of fresh air after staying at two other hotels (which were also great - but not very spacious). We are a family of 4 and the room could have easily accommodated at least 2 more adults. The style of the room is really calming - tatami flooring and paper covered exterior windows (so the light is filtered and you don't see the industrial view). The mattresses are directly on the tatami floor and are really comfy - we all slept very very well! There is a sitting area with a GIANT TV, table, and fridge. They provide you with free instant coffee/green tea, enough for each day of your stay. The train station is pretty close and there is a hub of restaurants and shops next to the station.

Pros: We like how friendly and helpful the staff were and the location of the hotel in the small place of sasazuka. Few mins walk to train station. Very quiet environment. 😁

Really enjoyed my stay, such a spacious room and so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious room, great value

Pros: Really spacious room and bed - we booked King sized. Nice and quiet despite being by a flyover! Near Shibuya but well out of the hectic centre. Some nice restaurants and cafes close by so even though it doesn’t do breakfast, there are good local options.
